These terms govern use of the private Jackfluency analytics application. The application is intended only for the authorized owner or administrator of Jackfluency accounts.

Purpose and access

The application retrieves permitted read-only TikTok data to prepare internal performance reports. Use requires valid authorization from the relevant account owner.

Read-only operation

The application does not publish videos, send messages, comment, like, follow accounts, or otherwise interact with TikTok users. Users must not attempt to use the application for unauthorized access or unlawful purposes.

Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and may revoke authorization at any time through TikTok account settings.

Availability

The application is provided for internal reporting and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. Reports depend on the availability and accuracy of data supplied by connected platforms.

Third-party services

Use of TikTok and other connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Jackfluency is not liable for indirect loss arising from service interruptions, unavailable platform data, or reliance on automatically generated reports.
